OUR PRODUCT

We offer multiple payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

DELIVERY

Our online store has a fixed rate for shipping across Canada. It is also possible for clients living in Montreal to pick-up downtown. Once we receive our marchandise we will make sure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, and you should receive them within 3-5 working days In Shaa Allah. Any delay will be communicated to you.

Returns

ORDER ISSUE

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via email or our instagram page. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 30 days of your order’s purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to guarantee that return, or refund assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

RETURNS

We only accept the return of orders that are unopened, unused, and within 30 days of their delivery.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by e-mail support@deenconversation.net to receive the full reimbursement.

For returned goods, we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
